Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be processed and shipped. If any item other than the original product, or a damaged/broken product caused after delivery, is sent for return or exchange, the request will be rejected. Warranty Policy
All warranty claims must be initiated by contacting Arvari at arvaristore@gmail.com. We provide a door-to-door pickup service for eligible warranty requests from the customer's address. Warranty processing may take 2 to 15 business days, depending on the inspection and repair requirements. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Any watch that is physically damaged, broken, or mishandled will not be covered under warranty.
