Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that occur under normal use. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or broken parts.

  • Damage caused by accidental drops, impact, misuse, or improper handling.

  • Water damage (unless specifically mentioned as water-resistant under warranty terms).

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Any watch that is physically broken or damaged will not be eligible for warranty service.

How to Claim Warranty

Once your warranty request is approved, Arvari provides a convenient door-to-door pickup service from the customer's address for eligible warranty claims.

Please ensure the product is securely packed before handing it over to the courier.

Warranty Processing Time

After we receive your product, it will be inspected by our service team.

The complete warranty process, including inspection, repair or replacement, may take 2 to 15 business days, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

If the product cannot be repaired, we may replace it with the same model or an equivalent product, subject to availability.

  • Pack the product safely to prevent damage during transit.
