At Arvari, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our team, your replacement order will be processed and shipped.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, our support team will assist you with an alternative.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product,

  • A defective item, or

  • The wrong product,

please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Important Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • The returned product must be the same item originally purchased from Arvari.

  • If a customer sends a different product, used product, damaged item caused after delivery, or any unrelated item, the return or exchange request will be rejected.

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or missing original tags/packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the product to prevent damage during return shipping.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.

Once a product has been purchased, it is not eligible for a monetary refund. Eligible requests will be processed only as a replacement or exchange, subject to our return and exchange policy.
