Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be processed and shipped. If any item other than the original product, or a damaged/broken product caused after delivery, is sent for return or exchange, the request will be rejected. Warranty Policy
All warranty claims must be initiated by contacting Arvari at arvaristore@gmail.com. We provide a door-to-door pickup service for eligible warranty requests from the customer's address. Warranty processing may take 2 to 15 business days, depending on the inspection and repair requirements. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Any watch that is physically damaged, broken, or mishandled will not be covered under warranty.
