Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be processed and shipped. If any item other than the original product, or a damaged/broken product caused after delivery, is sent for return or exchange, the request will be rejected. Warranty Policy

Any watch that is physically damaged, broken, or mishandled will not be covered under warranty.
